I just watched Roadtrip Charleston on Comcast's on demand. He went to the Glass Onion, a place in North Charleston that makes incredible cakes, and went with Barrier Island Eco Tours to get oysters, clams, and crabs to make low country boil. It will be airing again if anyone is interested in watching it. I love watching any shows that have Charleston in it. Here is the schedule for the show:

Charleston : Roadtrip with G. Garvin : Cooking Channel

The sweet potatoes and collards at the Glass Onion looked great on the show.

The Glass Onion is AWESOME! Only thing that I'm not a huge fan of is that the menu changes each day but a quick look online will tell you what they're having that day. Everything I've ever had from there has been delicious though

They've also got stuff they serve all the time but don't put on the menu, like the crispy chicken leg.
