Lived in New Orleans for college. Got to say that I am surprised New Orleans didn't rank higher and definitely surprised that Charleston ranked above it.

HAHA what? Well I lived in #17 for five years prior to moving here, and I dunno, maybe I'm more depressed cause I started really drinking once I got here!!
