Granted I have not looked for rentals in several years, but I find it hard to believe there are not many in MtP.

Well then maybe some website to check because I live in Indiana so I can't drive around and look. Most craigslist are BS, and rent.com doesn't have much.

Try Realtor.com - they list rentals as well as homes for sale. Just checked and there are 51 homes for rent in Mount Pleasant.

Good Luck.

There are a lot of apartment rentals if you are interested in that. There are also several townhouse complexes around. You shouldn't have any problem finding a rental. The only problem might be if your budget is too low.

I think a problem may be having two dogs as well. Shepherd mix!

There aren't a lot of house rentals in MP. If they are priced appropriately they hit the market and are gone very quickly. One thing that I noticed when we first arrived and were looking for a short term rental was houses renting that would normally be hard to place. Specifically I mean really large homes with big rental price tags attached. Even those homes seem to fill quickly.

The OP didn't specify a house...but I imagine you're exactly right about house rentals. Other rentals aren't hard to come by.
