Second Sunday is not about parties or bands. It is about shopping, dining and enjoying Downtown Charleston (King Street) without the worry of vehicle traffic. A very simple but nice concept.

Exactly............ Very simple and nice

No fanfare, tooting horns, SC memorabilia being sold to tourists.

Just a nice open air stroll, window shopping, restaurant shopping and people watching.

And entertainment provided by sidewalk local musicians every few blocks.

So very nice and simple... a laid back stroll.

If you prefer something else .......... go to Marion Park on Saturday with all the vendors and crowds and trying to walk up and down the aisle.
