There are laws,,,but very few when it comes to hogs on "Private" land.
You can even hunt them at night,,but you have to be 10 foot off the ground, like up in a tree stand. (For safety reasons) You do need a hunting license no matter what.

I'll talk to the hubby. He usually goes hunting with some friends that live out in Walterboro, hence the access to the land out that way. He said its pretty good hog hunting out there though.
