well that doesn't tell you much, and apartmentratings seems like it could have some less intelligent people exxagerrating some stuff.

I'll probably rent a house instead. I'm surprised they don't have more apartments there than they do although t hey seem to have some pretty huge complexes that I don't like so much.

Martin's Creek on Trolley Rd fits that profile. I lived there for a year and still would, but Summerville is just too far from the city for me.

yeah i really won't be going into chucktown much outside of some weekends or special occassions. i lived over in west ashley 7 years ago and it wasn't my favorite place, mt. pleasant apts are overpriced for what they are, etc.

What is surprising is Greenville seems to have more newer apartments than the entire Charleston metro which is suprrising b/c I figured there are more younger people in Charleston wanting apartments.

Just got an apartment myself in this area. Problem is...with kids,trying to find a descent area on a low budget.
Whats your price range? We've done some research...
