Chains have a purpose. For example, Chipotle is great. However, a crappy burger chain will never be as good as a restaurant. That's fine for $6 at McD's, but not vs. way better burgers for the same price at non chains in the vicinity. Shoot you can get way better burgers at Moe's crosstown, Sesame, or Shelter all at half price on certain days of the week. I think even Coast downtown has a burger night.
Even the Husk burger is only $11.
