Landscaper for topsoil and sod (Summerville: contractor, price, move to)

I'm looking for someone to give me a quote to install topsoil and sod for around 2000 sf of shaded lawn area. Does anyone have recommendations and/or personal experience with a local contractor?

I used ECL Design out of Summerville at a friend's recommendation and strongly recommend against using them.

Lowcountry doesn't move topsoil do they? I mean other where the truck dumps it.

I don't know, we've only ordered mulch from them - but did have them spread the mulch over a pretty big area both front and back yards. I guess I just assumed they would do the same for topsoil.
