The area needs "good" Greek, Lebanese and possibly Indian restaurants and there are franchises available for each. Perhaps it will not be not as clear cut and easy as McDonalds to set up the agreement but you should be able to work out a deal.

Contact me via direct message if you would like suggestions for who to contact as I have travelled throught the US and Canada and can recommend some pretty good ones.
Lebanese pleeease!!!! I think there are a couple of greek and indian restaurants here. Haven't been to any of them yet but I've been asking around if there's a lebanese restaurant because their food is just so delicious. Lots of meat!

Chipotle would be an absolute money maker! In Ohio we are all absolutely obessesed about Chipotle... it really is just a mouthful of goodness! I am moving to Charleston but I haven't quite figured out how I will live without Chipotle!

moss015 -- Chipotle is not as big in the south I don't think. I know my kids prefer Moe's -- as do most of their friends (18-20 year olds). I like both.
