I have seen this sign something delicious is coming on Ladson and Ackerman. Anyone have the info on what is being built.
My guess would be a Crispy Cream

Krispy Kreme's restaurants usually have elements of green throughout the decor.

Does the quick service restaurant have elements of green in its decor and a drive thru?

Still just trees with the sign posted. Construction and tree removal hasn't begun.

The style of lettering on that sign looks a lot like the East Bay DELI logo.

Another forum has been buzzing about this. People seem to think it is East Bay, and that Krispy Kreme is coming, but to somewhere near Gilligan's seafood instead of by Bojangles where it was initially supposed to go.

Isn't there a east bay on 78 not to far? Never a fan of Gilligan's would be nice if something else replaced it.

Lettering does look like east bay. Wish it was a chickfila or something

I hope it's a happy coincidence and both East Bay and KK are coming there soon. I'm a sucker for a real Reuben with Russian dressing instead of the Thousand Island most places use, and their other locations are a bit too far just to feed a sandwich craving. And then, of course, Krispy Kreme because... well, Krispy Kreme.
