These are all beautiful townhomes, but so few have a little fenced in courtyard. I have only seen a handful here and there. I am definitely gonna keep looking though!

They all have either a screened porch, open porch and or patios. Mine has a small fenced courtyard as well as a non fenced patio that looks out to a landscaped wooded area. Several people have dogs that they walk along the trails.

If you need something fenced in, you should look at single family homes for rent. Those are more apt to have yards that are fenced in, but it will be harder to find kitchens and baths and interiors in general, in that price range, with the WOW factor it sounds like you are looking for.

I could find you one in Charleston National, MtP for about $1500-$1600 - they are brand new also, really nice, on the golf course, but no fenced in yard, (but you walk your dog and meet people!)...let me know if you'd like more info on these.

The fenced in area is important and I know there are townhomes out there that have this, it is just hard knowing which ones. The homes that have the fenced in yards are usually renting for much more than a townhome can be rented for.

I was reading the post about Whitney Lake rental properties and I was hoping someone could tell me whether they know if there are any for rent around $1200? I recently viewed one of the properties, but they were asking $1295 for the same property I had just seen online for $1195. Any suggestions?
