I will resume going out to eat at locally owned restaurants and leave tips larger than my usual 20% on top of tax for a while and tell the servers how much I appreciate what they do.
Chill out at home whilst everyone rushes out to infect each other.
The first couple of weeks of reopening are going to be the most dangerous imo.
After that I'm getting a one week massage.
We will go to our favorite restaurants, and often.....we already have a list made out. The restaurateurs are taking a big hit with this thing. The local purveyors have been ingenious in their take-out / curbside ideas, we've been supporting them. I'm looking forward to enjoying a great meal at a sit-down restaurant.
I'm also awaiting word on the Concert scene this summer. Jimmy Buffet rescheduled his show to June 11....I hope we're out of the woods by then. Party at the Point has been moved to Sept-Oct. Volvo Stadium may put together some outdoor shows late summer.
I want to acknowledge the fact that Charlestonians heeded to the cautions put in place by the Mayor and the Gov. The Social Distancing thing really worked out.
The buffoons in Michigan and other MAGA states are fools for protesting -- and hiding under their vague notions of "Constitutional" freedoms.
