nice place to rent in the summer - Charleston (Folly Beach: rentals, houses)

I am looking for suggestions on a nice place to rent in the summer in Charleston. Either for a week or long weekend. I would love to have a place on the beach but close to the marketplace and shopping.

We are fairly new to SC, and this would be our first trip to Charleston next summer. I would need it to be family friendly and not too pricey.

I believe Folly Beach is the closest to downtown and has a ton of rentals, very family friendly and reasonable ... I'm planning on starting a tradition with my family and rent one of the houses for a week every year on Folly, it's my favorite beach here
