Darn...I missed the news while on this dang computer! Guess I'll catch the 7:00 or 11:00. I'm glad they caught him! There's gonna be a lot more where he came from, though, in these hard economic times when so many are out of work.

I'm so glad they caught him. The dye pack exploded big time on him. lol His shirt was red as well as his face.

I am not usually one to believe in stretching the law but who the heck prosecuted him? It seems like they could have had at least 2-4 separate charges at each trial. And how does he get early release when he's already been convicted multiple times?

I must have misunderstood the whole three strikes legislation of the 1990s.

I will say- desparate economic times might lead someone to stiff a creditor or shoplift at worst- but bank roberry, steeling from the ICU and endangering people during a high speed chase are beyond any measure of reason or justification.
