I agree those things are unreal! Someone on another board told me to try them. Warning though, they will get huge! I'm sure you already know that
Yeah they grew pretty quickly. I heard you are supposed to cut them back to about 18 inches in the spring? I can't wait to see what they do this year.

fqtravlr, will that work for getting rid of moles? We've got them bad.

Mole crickets and molesalike will run to the neighbor's yard. I got one neighbor to spray, and the other poo poohed, and he ended up with the critters.

Rose gardening is no longer just for those with plenty of time to spare taking care of their plants. Knock Out™ roses are absolutely the most versatile, disease-resistant, and all-around easy roses we've ever found. These vigorous rose shrubs are hardy to zone 4, but will also thrive in the scorching, humid summers of the Deep South. Between the lush foliage, the amazing simplicity, and, of course, the stunning blooms (which will be around for more of the year than you'll believe), Knock Out Roses are the perfect rose bushes for almost any garden.

They are roses where if you get to close to them, they'll knock you out

Like just mentioned above, they are beautiful - easy to grow. Trust me, they never stop blooming. On some stems you can have upwards of 40 roses. Someone turned me onto them last year, we absolutely love them

I need to redo my two front gardens, I have some 10 year old roses that haven't done much of anything in the last few years, and an overgrowth of lantana and a beautiful blue rug juniper...

Damn I am jealous! My knockouts haven't even started to bloom yet! I put them in about three weeks ago, and so far I'm not happy with them. It's not them it's me. Any suggestions? They are in full sun and I bought them from Brownswood Nursery

Orange County Girl -- this is the dormant season for your knockout -- they shouldn't bloom right now. Give it a month!

I've had all kinds of roses -- miniature, climbing, hybrid, etc....knockout roses are the easiest thing in the world to grow. They can take the heat, the drought, etc. Seriously they are great. Hence -- they are everywhere. The double blooms one are stunning.
