Wild, the unbearable heat comes during the dog days of the summer(June, July and August), when it is 90+ with 90+% humidity.

This past summer was actually nice. The summer of 2007, especially August, was horrible because of the temps with high humidity.

April is beautiful. Gnats can be a pain in the morning and late afternoon. Oh and we can get some good thunderstorms because of the cool and warm air meeting.

It's Charleston.

Bring warm sunny weather clothes. Bring an umbrella. Bring a light jacket. You shouldn't need much more than that but the Umbrella is a necessity

I can't go to the beach when I am working outside in the heat....
