I'm an Aussie but I really want to live in the US. I haven't been, saving up to go, but am already considering where I might live. I love the South, but it's a bit hot and humid...Charleston looks like such a lovely town that I could see myself living there. I'd like to live somewhere with a real neighbourly southern feel, slower pace of life....Is Charleston getting bombarded with northern transplants? Also, how would native Charleston residents react to people moving there from other countries? How hard is it to move there? Thanks for your input
