Carol Oaks Subdivision in MtP (homes, neighborhood, buyers)

I've shown several homes in the neighborhood. Nice construction seems good.. They also built in Laurel Hill (?) the community next to Ivy Hall.. My buyers have not bought for several reasons. But the prices are good.
