Hi! My husband and I are going to be relocating to Goose Creek, SC in the middle of July, and are not going to be able to come to the area to check out the townhome we are going to be renting. We were able to get a townhome at Devon Pointe but we are going to have to rent sight unseen. Any opinions about this place?? I just want to make sure if this is a shady place I get out while I still have time to look for another place? So far they seem amazing!

Those are really nice. I've been in them to visit a friend before. They're great and a nice area.
