Moving down- temporary housing (Charlotte: house, living in, job)

hello all,
Its been a while since I posted! But I still read every day, once I am down in charlotte for good I plan to be as helpful to those with questions as you all have been with me! Anyway, here is my latest question, my hubby starts his new job down in Charlotte (yah!) the second week of July, but our home in PA hasn't sold yet. We are getting great feedback, but so far no solid offers (a couple wanted contigent on them selling their homes but we aren't willing to do that). So given we will probably not be out of this house by then we are looking into temporary housing options for my hubby for a few weeks till we can all get down there, he will be working Uptown- any suggestions?

We are planning on living in Tega Cay once we get rid of this house, we have found a house that we really like but again are waiting for this one to sell first.

Any advice is appreciated!
