Hi all, i am a Michigan resident that will be relocating to Charlotte within the next month. I've helped a friend move into Garden Oaks apartments and I would like to be in the same zip code(28273). Are there any other nice apartments in that zip? Is the area reasonably safe? I have seen Coffey Creek across form the WalMart supercenter it looks nice but i want to do some comparison shopping before I commit. Thanks in advance...

I also live in Ayrsley and like this little development a lot.
I think Grammercy has been offering a lot of deals (compared to the prices posted on their website), so you may want to stop by or at least give them a call.
We have a friend who lives in the Colonial Grand apartments and they have no complaints.
