50M? They can't even keep my regular service from dropping me a few times a day. I wonder if there is a correlation between when they rolled this out in the Ballantyne area and when my service started getting flaky.

Can you get Uverse in the 28277 zip?

The 50M is just rolling out. The service dropping can be a few service related issues at your house or on the hub you're in.

You can go to Check AT&T U-verse Availability - Advanced TV, High Speed Internet & Phone and check to see if Uverse is available in your area.

Sounds as if Charlotte might be the 1st city to get the Signature Home offering. Possibly the 3rd to get the technology that allows for it. If you don't want this bundle it sounds as if you can just get the 50M/5M internet for $99/month.

I could care less if its a "headache" on the cable side of it.....most people who have cable I would bet watch most on very few channels....

Cable/Satellite companies I would think could do 'ala carte', but for some reason don't do it.....
