money isn't *everything*. You have a decent (compared to a lot of people right now)offer from all your choices. Your real question is "what kind of life to I want to live?" Good luck with your choice.

Reason: sorry, left out a word!
Have you Traveled 75% of the time before? That's the type of job I have currently. I fly out every Monday and land late Thursday night. Each month I spend a maximum of 9 days in Charlotte.
Are you looking to start a family? Personally I'm single and don't even have the wife aspect to worry about. Some co-workers of mine are married and make it work, but if you're gonna move to a new city and then disappear for 200-250 nights or so a year...how does the wife feel about this?
I love traveling and for me, I'd opt for the 120K job because the travel doesn't bother me and I love all the hotel programs and airline statuses. I'm a Chairman on US and have top status at Hyatt, Marriott & Hilton just cause I aggressively work all of the hotel promotions.
Anyways, if you've never traveled that much and wanna DM me for any info or questions let me know.
I would make a choice and then stop jerking them around before they decide they can get somebody else who will be grateful for the job - either one. Considering the unemployment rate right now, it's not that hard to find another candidate who isn't going to keep them at the negotiating table forever.
