Hi All planning a move back to the Lake Norman area. I have to rent since I can't sell my house in Phx yet. Does anyone know of any houses in Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson or Mooresville for rent with a pool under 1400.00 a month? I just can't give up all the comforts of home yet. Looking for something in the Fall. Thanks!!!!

Yes yes I think so.....We are putting it all together again. Can't sell here in AZ yet but that's ok we will just have to rent our house out for awhile.

I did find a couple of houses with pools. I wouldn't mind a lake apt or condo in Cornelius or Davidson but Hubby wants a yard. We are coming with 2 doggies this time

Cool We're doing the same!

Sheena,

Too funny. We're entertaining the exact same move. We relo'd to Colorado from Huntersville in 2008 and then on to PHX in 2009. Now we are thinking of coming back to Lake Norman (Denver, Cornelius, Davidson, Mooresville) to get on the water. Good luck in your transition!

Sheena,
There is a house in Wyndam Shores available with an inground pool which is available Sept 1. Wyndam Shores is off of Oak Tree off of Brawley School Rd. The downside is you would have to put up with the construction going on there. Let me know if I can be of any further help for you.
