What is your desired rent payment and do you have any pets?
There are several houses available for rent in Highland Creek,
both in Mecklenburg and Cabarrus Counties which would affect
the schools, if that is of consideration. There are also a few
that would consider a lease purchase.
If you have kids in school, you'll want to rent on the cabarrus side for sure. Better schools. If that is a non issue, I know I see several homes for rent when I am driving around you can find one real quick. Let me know if you need help and I will grab you a few numbers when I am driving and post for you.

I have a home, and we would consider renting it. It is 4 bed 3 bath and a bonus room. We have a beautiful lot that looks over the 10th tee box and two ponds. We do live on the charlotte side, and love highland creek elementary.
If you have kids in school, you'll want to rent on the cabarrus side for sure. Better schools. What's your basis for that statement? Highland Creek has excellent schools, and the middle school is only 1-2 years old.
