I know I am going to open the flood gates on this one, but, my wife and I have been researching for about a year to relocate to the Charlotte area. Our front runner is currently Crismark in the Indian Trail area and Westport homes within the sub division. We are looking for a buyers agent that has experience with new construction and can get us the best deal and best options for our money. I have heard of some buys agents that can get many options for nothing and even have the premium lot fee waived. Since we are moving from NY we need someone who will be our eyes in Union County and take care of everything for us. We were going to originally do it on our own but after reading a lot of these posts I figured it was in our best interest to get a buyers agent. Especially since it will cost us nothing.

If there is an agent that has dealt with Westport homes before within the Crismark subdivision that would be great.

Please PM me with your information and some examples of savings. We are looking to come down again within the next month. I am currently from New York.

Thank you in advance.

I used to work for Ryland homes selling new homes, I am very knowledgeable and know how the builders work.

I will pm you the name of the buyer's agent that we used. We also bought a Westport home. He always kept us up to date on the construction and he sent us pictures since we were also in NY. I highly recommend him. A few neighbors used him also.

Hi,

Although I know your posting is from last July, I have just joined City-Data.com and saw your posting. Are you still looking for a Buyers Agent? If I can be of any help please let me know. I actually live in Crismark, have lived here for almost 4yrs now.
Sincerely,
Carol Kelly
