Hi, Visiting Davidson this week and looking for some suggestions regarding what to do; other than the lake of course. Looks like most of the summer activities are dwindling down. I plan on going to the Nascar Museum; any other suggestions?? Will have my wife and an 18 year old son with me. Thanks!!!

Whitewater Center, Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens for the wife.....

You would be better off touring some local shops if you like NASCAR...

DO you have a car? Take a day trip to the mountains (Boone and Blowing Rock).

BTW- my family has had a blast at the NASCAR HoF. We had 3 generations go one day and everyone really had a good time.

you mentioned the lake - are you towing a boat? cause Lake Hickory can be a nice place for boating and you could head that way and then take in a Crawdads game:
