So I might have the opportunity to make some extra cash this weekend. I might be doing a deep cleaning to an empty home for a move in. I used to clean houses professionally in NYC years ago...but this is the first time I am cleaning a home down here in Charlotte.
My question is...how much do people generally pay to have a home cleaned for a move in? It's a 2 story home, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and all hardwood floors. I just need a ball-park figure so that I can give them my estimate. Many thanks!
I think we paid between $100 and $150 for our home which is about the same as the one you described. I would think that should buy us 3-4 hours of good cleaning.

I just asked a realtor friend of mine and she said that she's had companies charge around $200 for the cleaning...so I was thinking around the $150 range like you. I am going to see the house tomorrow so hopefully I can get a better feel for how much I should charge...
