Is anyone else in the Matthews area having problems with time warner internet connectivity today. My connections are on and off all day and when it's on it is really slow. I cannot find any information online about any outages and I have hung on for 8 mins (bored waiting) so far for a tech to see if there is problems.
Im on the southside kinda close to Matthews and have Time Warner and noticed a much slower connection today as well. I just figured all the kids in the area were hogging up the internet since they are off school this week lol.
Speed Test | Time Warner Cable | East Go here and do the speed test. Do frist then go to tools, delete browing history. Re test again you should see an improvement there. Your PC should pick up. Understanding you are having an area problem. At least you will know 100% it is not you.
