I have noticed new things being built in Monroe near that new Olive Garden, across from Harris Teeter on Stevens Mill Rd, in the parking lot of Food Lion in front of ABC store in Indian Trail at Faith Church Rd I think, and have heard of a possible Chick Filet coming to where East 74 restauraunt is on Independence and an Aldis coming to Indian Trail or Monroe on Indian Trail side.

Has anyone heard any of this or do you know what the new constructions are?
