This is not some weird Craigslist missed encounter type stuff...
I just met a married couple in Harris Teeter in Charlotte (actually might be Concord) who help me out with a recipe, if you will, and if you happen to be on charlotte city-data, I just wanted to say thank you very much.
you know who you are, if you're on here, and I don't expect any responses really. just a shot in the dark. ok, now back to my attempt at this recipe.
I was in the mood for brownies. The instructions had two different times based on pan size. I don't own a pan, so I went to that tin-foily pan type aisle of harris teeter. they had 2 things that I 'thought' would work for cooking brownies, but I wasn't 100% sure hahah! one had flat sides and came with plastic covers, and the other had 'curly' sides, no covers. I know, I'm retarde......uh, I mean culinarily deficient! I also didn't know if the olive oil I already had at home counted as 'vegetable oil' lol. this nice couple cleared things up for me heehee.
see..that's why I like crockpots. even tho I'm a grown man and can't cook brownies, I made an AWESOME brisket.....a slab of meat, cut up onions carrots and celery, some combination of tomato sauce type stuff (sauce, chopped, diced tomatos, etc...) red wine salt pepper and italian seasonings. cook overnite and WHAM, fed for days WOOoooOOT!! oh, I forgot I cut up sweet pertaters in there as well.
