Client in need of a rental in Union County (Weddington: rentals, condo) - Charlotte - North Carolina (NC) - City-Data Forum

I have a client that will need a rental (perhaps short-term) that will be in the vicinity of Weddington or Marvin School District or as close as possible. If anyone is aware of rentals by owners it would be appreciated. They are interested in a condo or home and they have a very small dog. Timeframe needed is in approximately 2-3 months. Thank you.

I have a friend who has one out here in Wesley Chapel, but I do think she was hoping for a year lease. Let me know if you'd like her info.

Did you already secure a rental for your client. I have a home in Marvin, zoned for Marvin Elementary, that I am planning on renting out..I am open to a short term lease. I have the home on the market but may take it off until spring so that is my reason for renting. Thanks...
