Not sure who'd pickup a broken tv other than calling 311 and scheduling a bulk pickup from Charlotte garbage pickup

The old big screen tv's are heavy. It took three men and they still dropped it!!! Whimps!!! Lol!! Just jokeing!!!

I've moved dozens of those. The problem is that while it certainly is heavy, it's also very cumbersome and only so many people can actually carry it at one time. Once you're on a staircase, only two people can really be useful.

I was thrilled when DLP-type TVs came out, and even happier when flat panels became the norm.
