I just bought a car less than 2 weeks ago at a used car dealership in Buncombe Co, NC. I drove car 150 miles and check engine light came on but the port has been pushed up in the dash and can't be checked. Now I looked at my paperwork and last emission pass was over a year ago. . feel like an idiot. The dealership can't get it registered and tagged( tellin me when to come get it) if won't pass inspection-right?
