I would try a shopping mall. Normally you see them set up in kiosks along the corridors.

There was a kiosk in Carolina Place Mall ,on the second floor above the food court, that offered these during the holidays. Not sure if it is still there though.

I would try Myrtle Beach. You may be able to get something airbrushed on it also.
