Good way to control the population is to abstain from sex.
I wonder how many on here that brag about not having kids (as far as they're aware-ha ha) would like to abstain from sex?
In many countries/religions the woman doesn't say no to the man AND birth control is a no no.
The one that limits child birth to two. Contraception would be fine if it worked, but isn't so far. Childbirth should all be contingent on one's ability to support their children and not make them a responsibility of the taxpayer. Countries that have a normal birthrate of less than two per family are the wealthiest countries where starvation doesn't exist. The ones with the highest rates are the poorest countries where huge numbers of the population are starving. God knows where they get the energy to do the wild thing when your starving to death? I believe that mandatory birth control is more humane that giving birth to starving babies covered with flies and exposed to disease.

That's a HUGE complex. Takes up the whole block from Idlewild/Rama to Conference Drive.
