I have a friend currently overseas looking to buy a home in this subdivision, and he's wondering why the price is so low. I'm guessing it is because there are a lot of vacant houses in this neighborhood. Does anyone know if they were sold to begin with, or are they vacant ever since being built? Are the schools good? Are there any other things he should know?

Hi, GVSteve. We have no empty homes in Arbor Croft, and none owned by the developer. The one home sporting a "For Sale" sign is the only one currently being sold. I cannot say why he is selling at such a low price, but it is indeed a bargain. The neighborhood is a friendly one, and only has 48 homes total. We all have porches, and are not afraid to use them! There is no pool, no tennis court, or clubhouse, but we are in a good location in Huntersville. We have common areas, but no "playground," per se. I believe the schools are good, but I have no direct experience with that. We have people who are retired, as well as young families with school-age children and toddlers. Hope this helps.
