Hi folks,

Looking to purchase a place in the Dilworth area. Noticed some seemingly nice, quiet condos at a condo complex named "Latta Square" located on E. Morehead St. The only thing is that the most recent comparable sells from this complex date back to 2009! (ie. there hasn't been a condo unit sold in this building since 2009!). What gives? Just wondering if anyone had any info on this area and/or the Latta Square complex in particular. Thanks!

I knew some people who lived there and really enjoyed it. The floor plans are nice and it's in a nice area too.

I wouldn't think it was too uncommon for a small complex not to have any sales in three years in such a down market. But other than that, I don't have any inside information.
