Hi, we were selling our house in Indian Trail, and the deal has fallen thru. We had already moved out as it was a lease to purchase. So now the house is going to be totally empty and we can't afford to have it professionally staged. Anyone know where we could rent furniture and stage it ourselves? Thanks!

I know a home that's furnished often presents better, but is it worth the cost and trouble to go to that extent? For it to be beneficial you'd need to have artwork, decorating accessories, window treatments, etc., wouldn't you?

Home builders will often have a decorator come in with their products, at no cost to the builder. The builder gets furnishings in a model home, and the decorator gets a showplace and traffic. I wonder if any version of that is an option for you.

LOL you have been watching too much TV thinking that every home needs to be staged.
