optometrist in S. Charlotte? (Matthews, Pineville: eyeglasses, insurance, price)

Can anyone recommend a good optometrist around S. Charlotte? I would really like to find someone good at fitting contacts. I'm forever in search of the perfect fitting contacts.

I wear glasses and I use Eye Optix (formerly Eye Care Clinic). They are, and always have been, wonderful. Almost everyone I work with goes there. They have a Randolph Rd location and also one at Arrowood and S. Tryon (1 block or so North of 485).

Dr Mincy at Dr's Vision Center in Pineville, super nice people, great contacts, mine fit perfexctly, they have halped me with scratched lenses, both eyeglasses and non prescription sunglasses.

My wife uses Piedmont Eye Care Associates in Blakeney. She likes the doctors there and has also been successfully fitted for contacts at that office:

I used Piedmont Eye Care...........they were over priced and insurance cut their payment. I thought the dr was too young and gave a good exam, though.
