The roaming dog thread got me curious. Does your HOA allow fencing?

ETA; I added a poll, please vote. Thanks

What do you mean by no privacy fences? No 6 foot fences, only split rail, 4 ft. etc? That stinks!

Default Fencing

Yes, my HOA in Berewick allows fencing that must be approved.
It can not be taller than 4 feet and must have I believe and 1" to 1-1/2" spacing between the pickets- no privacy fenced either.
There are other restrictions as far as the material as well but I can't remember exactly.
The materials is no big deal to me; I'll use whatever they say but the height deal gets me .

Wow, that would prevent me from living practically in a HOA that restricts fencing to 4'. My dogs would clear that easily!
