Does anyone know of any abandoned warehouses in the Charlotte area? I cant find anything online...I saw a show one day where people bought old run down warehouses and turned them into very nice studios...
If someone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it...thanks in advance...

There are empty mills in Gastonia & Kings Mountain.
What do you mean by "studios"? Studio apartments? Artist studios? Recording or film studios?
Like a large studio to live in...with the exposed brick on the interior...maybe something like an old mill like a previous poster referred to but in the Charlotte city limits...I know a lot of businesses have snatched up the ones in uptown and southend, but hoping to find something or who to talk to...

Are you aware of the cost to do this? I saw an old mill in Kings Mountain being cleared out. For months they were hauling out equipment, then for months they were clearing out the asbestos. and this would be after getting it rezoned.
