Does any body know if there is a good Argentinian or Chilean Parrillada Restaurant in Charlotte? I would kill for a churrasco with chimichurri sauce right now. Thanks.

There's Brazas Bar & Grill (Brazilian cuisine) closest thing I'm aware of. $$$$ Though. Not aware of any Argentine or Chilean restaurants.

It is a flank or skirt steak, usually grilled, and then seasoned with chimichurri sauce. Chimichurri is made from chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, onion, and paprika with olive oil. It is delicious!!

I love argentianian steak houses. Is there a market for it up there? I would be willing to open one. My father had one in FL.

OPEN IT OPEN IT OPEN IT. I am not sure if there is a market or not. But I am sure that I would be one of your best customers. I still have not found a single parrillada up here.

Brazas pretty much only thing kind of like it in town and they seem to be doing good business. Just opened up a second one here in Mooresville. Definitely think there would be a market for people to try Argentinean BBQ, including me.

Closest I've seen to a churrasco has come at Los Paisas, a Colombian restaurant on South (and another on Pineville-Matthews Road).
