Since it is a special occasion. Definitely Bentley's on 27...great food...great view..romantic spot. Also, Table in Ballantyne Village is fabulous. The McNinch House is also very romantic but you must book in advance.
All 3 for under $100? Or each individual for under $100. What type of food would you like? There are tons of restaurants that you'll be able to eat at for under $100 with tip. Room shouldnt be hard to find for under $100. You won't get luxury for that. I doubt you'll find a couples massage for $100. I would expect atleast $150 plus tip. Don't be suprised if its closer to $200 plus tip.
