Moving to Charlotte area; most likely Union County or Fort Mill/Rock Hill, SC area. We are considering building a custom home with ~3000sq ft. We prefer a one story with stone exterior and the more rustic look e.g. wood beams, high ceilings, stone accents inside, lots of bells & whistles.

There is also the possibility of purchasing in Cheval & using Rutenberg, Classic or Beacon. Any experience or recommendations on these?

We have built a custom home previously, but that was years ago and in FL

Would love to hear recommendations!!

Thank you!
