Because he already knew the Panthers were going to lose by then

Oh wouldn't it be something if the Giants lost to the Panthers to go 0-3....oh so so sweet

The Pussycats are horrible. Scam Newton is no leader and the coach needs to go! Other than that you Pussycat fans have a lot to look forward to this season! Maybe you can pick a QB in the first round.

Wow! I'm not even a Panthers fan, but c'mon... try to make a relevant and honest statement.

Even I can concede they are not horrible! They are just not performing at the rate that they can. Newton has talent and can lead the team down the field. How can you even think of replacing him? But OK... the coach probably does need to go. I'll give you that one.

But either way, I'm not complaining. I personally think they're doing fine just as they are!

Here's the thing. Most people LOVE Cam, but to be honest, ever since he's been a QB his record's been dreadful. When has he won a game on his shoulders? He's lost plenty of them on his own (the Seattle game at home comes to mind.).
Cam IMO is more interested in being an entertainer (clothing line, cover of ESPN mag) then he is about working hard and winning....his passes downfield in the 1st half of the buffalo game were awful...terribly inaccurate. Honestly, I could see gettleman dealing river and cam later on....

What? He didn't even have a turn-over, yet he lost the game single-handedly? I'm not his biggest fan, but I heard no-one blame Cam for the Seattle loss. I heard people blame the play-calling, the head coach and 2 x fumbler D Williams, but not Cam.
