Hello all,
I will be starting a new Job in mid-April off of Shopton rd. I will be relocating to charlotte from Cherryville NC. I have been looking for affordable 1br 1ba apartments. I did find Arium Pineville and was wondering if anyone knew anything about them? If these apartments are not very nice, please suggest others in the 600-800 per month range. Btw I am a 22 year old w male who will have a dog and frequent visitors. Thanks!
The Arium Apartments in Pineville are positioned off the very busy Pineville-Matthews Rd. in an excellent location, tucked just far away for quiet city living. The apartments are well maintained as well as the grounds. There are plenty of trees to provide shade and privacy from other properties. There are plenty of amenities around from countless shopping, dining, hotels, hospital approx. 1/2 mile away, and quick interstate access. A must see!
Shopton Rd. I can't tell you much about. I don't travel on that road too often, but it is in a growing area also with very much to offer. There is a new outlet mall being built as speaking on the corner of Shopton & Dixie River Rd. off I-485.
