I see signs advertising this all the time and have seen a few homes being power washed? Is there something I missing here on why to have house power washed?

To improve the exterior's appearance by removing mildew, pollen, cobwebs, etc...what did you think?

Lots of vinyl sided houses here in the south. Vinyl is easy to wash.

Maintenance. We also power wash the driveway and sidewalk. Makes them look new and clean again.

Mold grows on siding. Powerwashing takes it off easily.

Wait until the pollen turns a white house yellow...you'll figure it out. That and shaded portions of the home often get mold - which you are going to want to get rid off.
