I really want to go have some fun in the mud, but I have no idea where to go, and I really don't want to drive 2 hours to the Uwharrie forest. Any suggestions?

My husband is a member of two local off road clubs and I haven't heard of any legal places to go off roading less than 2 hrs away.

They did go to a place about an hour and a half away but that was private land.

Your best bet is joining a club that has access to private property.
