Anyone know of a place/person who can repair a Keurig coffee machine? Thanks!

Have you tried the descaling process first? I thought ours needed repairing, but followed the process below and now it works great again!

Thanks - I'll definitely try this first - as my problem is that water seems to be stuck somewhere and it's not coming out. Thanks!

If that doesn't work, try Piedmont Appliance Service (704) 334-8833

Be sure to look up information on the Internet. We had a problem in the past and carefully used a small needle to clean out the three nozzles.

Following the directions to clean the system using *white* vinegar. We probably ran five tanks of water through the system to clean it. If you have unfiltered water you are using, a regular deglazing is a must.

You may have less problems than you imagine. A little time and effort should take care of the problem.

Call them first. They replaced ours without any fees when ours broke.

I had this same problem and found that the needle that pierces the top of the k-cup was clogged. Ran a metal stylus through it and then did a descaling with the vinegar and it worked perfectly. We now only use filtered water in it plus I use the Keurig water filter than you can get.
